Bushel Plus designs and manufactures a unique set of after-market concaves for a variety of combines and crop types to increase your profits, maximize your combine capacity, save you time, and improve safety during the critical harvest season.

Our modular frame design allows you to quickly swap out smaller, lighter inserts in minutes instead of messing around with traditional heavy concaves, wire pulling or cover plates. This saves you time and gives you more flexibility to change out concaves for different crops or conditions.

• LIGHTER CONCAVES: Traditional concaves are heavy and can take hours to deal with between changing crops and conditions. Our split frame design makes it easier to swap out lighter inserts, lowering the risk of harm or injury for farmers and operators while saving time in the field.

• ALWAYS EXTENDED WEAR: Made with AR-200 (abrasion resistant) steel, our concaves are built to last longer than other concaves on the market. This lets you cover more acres for the dollars invests.

The split frame MAD Concaves with modular inserts for John Deere STS/S Series, Case IH Midrange, and New Holland CR 22? Rotor combines were developed to be lighter (68 lbs) and easier to handle and install into the combine. Once the frame is installed it is never removed, and the modular concaves (30lbs) are easy to insert and quick to swap out in mere minutes with two bolts per insert. With this design, you’ll optimize your yield and save on people power and recalibration time.
